Workspace Archival & Lifecycle Management

You can now archive workspaces you no longer need. Archiving works as a soft delete with a 30-day grace period. Before confirming, you'll see exactly how many contacts, Flow Apps, boards, and records will be affected. Archived workspaces display a clear overlay and can be restored at any time within the retention window. After 30 days, data is permanently cleaned up by an automated background job that also removes all associated files from storage.

Card Title & Description Templates

Flow Apps now support dynamic card templates. When an Intake Bot creates a new card on your Process Board, the card's title and description can automatically pull values from the submission using syntax. A built-in field picker makes it easy to insert the right references, no guesswork needed.

Conversation Bookends for Intake Bots

Add a welcome message and a farewell message to your Intake Bot conversations. The welcome message appears before the first question to greet respondents, and the farewell message appears after submission to confirm receipt or share next steps. Both are fully editable from the Questions tab.

Improved Onboarding Experience

New users now see an animated Intake Bot demo during onboarding that auto-plays a realistic conversation, including AI-powered follow-up questions, so they can understand the product's value before building anything.

Smarter FlowApp Wizard

The FlowApp creation wizard has been redesigned with a two-phase domain selection (pick a category, then a specific domain) and a review step with summary and detail views, giving you full visibility into what will be generated before confirming.

Record Field Groups

Organize your Record Type schemas with field groups: named, color-coded sections that make complex data models easier to navigate and manage.

Standardized Entity Actions

All entity menus (Flow Apps, Intake Bots, Process Boards, Record Types) now use a consistent actions pattern with edit, duplicate, archive, and delete, including cascade impact counts so you always know what will be affected.

Export Retry

Failed exports can now be retried directly from the export history table instead of starting from scratch.
